Sanjay is the Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Contact Centers. Sanjay has over sixteen years of highly diverse Consulting, Process and Technology Outsourcing, Procurement & Supply chain, Business Process Re-engineering and Information Technology (IT) experience. He has a proven track record in Business Development, Solutioning, Client Relationship and Account Management, Large scale Program and P&L management.
He is a specialist in Global Business Transformation involving deployment of IT solutions, Business Process Redesign and Operations Improvement. He has rich experience in dealing with IT and business issues and managing large Global IT programs in Europe and Asia Pacific with extensive experience in program-managing complex business and technology operational improvement programs requiring significant change management effort.
Sanjay has successfully worked with senior management at Fortune 500 companies in a diverse set of industries, including Financial Services, Travel, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Media, Healthcare and Government. He is experienced in international and emerging-market business environment, having lived and worked in India, Singapore and United Kingdom and Europe.
Before joining Horizon, Sanjay was with Genpact, a leading provider of business services and technology solutions, where he was Vice President responsible for Business development and Operations. He was the business leader for one of Genpact’s largest clients which was a cross domain engagement covering Customer Service, Contact centres, Finance and Accounts, Content, Analytics, Information Technology and Procurement and Supply Chain, and was the single owner for customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability and people metrics. Before that he was Senior Associate Director with Ariba, world’s leading Spend Management organisation, where he led the program management function responsible for service delivery and assisted sales and marketing efforts. Prior to that Sanjay worked with Infosys Technologies, a leading IT organisation, where he was a part of the Enterprise Solutions practice. Sanjay started his professional career with Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where he was an international management consultant.
Sanjay has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University, and an MBA from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India.
