He also pioneered the deployment of the Cisco Enterprise Contact Center in Diamond Bank Plc. A Holder of Bachelors of Engineering (B.Engr.) in Computer Engineering from the Enugu State University of Technology, and a Certification in Information Technology Business Management (ITBM) jointly awaded by MDE Enterprises & Belmont University, Nashville, Tennessee USA, He is a Member, Institution of Electronics & Technology (MIET) in the United Kingdom (UK), A Member Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (MIEE) ,Mr. Obiago has various certifications in the field of Telecommunications, Data Communications and Networking including, CCNA, CCNP, CRCP, and ITIL .
