As the Regional IT Director, my role is to provide strategic leadership and coordination of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and information management in the region/continent and to build ICT capacity and awareness in the region that will support the ministry and contribute to its effectiveness, quality and accountability. The region covers 26 countries in Africa.
World Vision is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organisation dedicated to working with children, families and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.

The Pan African Business division of Africa Online (AFOL) is a Sales and Customer Service engine focusing solely on large global accounts for the rest of the AFOL operations as well as relationships with other operators in markets where we do not have a presence. As the Head of PAB, the key focus is to generate corporate business revenue growth in AFOL operations through PAB sales initiatives, and to grow revenue in non-AFOL markets through partnerships with affiliates. The geographical spread of AFOL operations is 9 sub-Saharan African countries.
Africa Online is a premium provider of internet communication services in Africa and leverages upon its ability to provide tailor made connectivity solutions across the continent. The Group is Africa’s largest Pan African Internet Service Provider (ISP) and now operates in 9 sub-Saharan countries offering a wide range of consumer dial up, broadband and corporate access products.

As the Technical Manager for the Pan African Business Unit, the primary role is to provide pre and post sales technical support during the acquisition, implementation and maintenance of large global customer accounts with presence in multiple locations in Africa. This includes the design of high performance redundant network solutions, overseeing the implementation of these solutions and managing the day to day service delivery as per contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
