Stephan Botha is the Managing Director / CEO of Integrated Cash Management Services Ltd., a Nigerian company specializing in cash supply chain management.  The company is a joint venture company established between XL Cash Management Services Limited (XL CMS), a Nigerian company and SBV Services (SBV), a South African company.  XL CMS is one of the leading cash management companies in Nigeria, having played a leading role in the establishment of a cash industry in Nigeria.  SBV Services is the pivotal role player in the South African cash industry, providing cash management / processing and Cash in Transit services on an outsourced basis to both the commercial banks and the South African Reserve Bank (Central Bank).  He holds Masters Degrees in three disciplines being Labour Relations, Business Management and Leadership and is a Member of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa.
