Shelley Cooper has been working in the CRM area for 7,5 years. She started with Siebel in 2001 and was with Siebel when Oracle acquired them in 2006. She has recently taken the role for Middle East and Africa focusing on CRM OnDemand for Oracle Corporation. Prior to Siebel/Oracle, Shelley was head of Sales and Marketing focusing on IT Training, User Adoption services and Change Management.
