Seb has been involved with the ITO industry since 2003. He has helped several Indian ITO providers set up European bases and increase their capacity for sales and marketing and in turn help them develop new clients and achieve revenue. More recently Seb turned his attention to China where he is involved with Shinetech, a fast growing ITO provider that has focused solely on outsourcing from Europe and the US. Seb heads up the European operation for Shinetech through their offices in the UK.
Seb is well networked in the international outsourcing community and has been a speaker and panelist at events in India and China.
Seb previously studied Economics at the University of Birmingham and is currently engaged in a Management programme at Royal Holloway, University of London.
