Sandile Gwala is an Executive Director in the board of Deloitte in Southern Africa. He was appointed Partner in the same firm in 2002. Currently he is the leader of the Finance and Accounting Outsourcing Division, which serves local and international clients in various industries.
A frequent global traveller, Sandile still believes there is still strong appetite for global companies to outsource and offshore even during this time of economic recession.
