Richard Gray is European Head of RTpay, and for the past five years has acted as a technical communications and interface design specialist and as a consultant to governments and international bodies on strategies based on using modern technology to counter fraudulent practices in tax matters.
RTpay is a not-for-profit consultancy and facilitating organization that actively promotes and helps to develop innovative Real Time solutions using advanced tried and tested technologies.
RTpay has worked for six years on solutions for real time tax collection and the systems needed to create it. We charge no fees; we are entirely self-funded so we have no obligations to anybody other than the taxpayer/ citizen.
RTpay’s system of automated real-time collection of taxes and payment of benefits via electronic payments systems - including mobile phone based payments -linked to a central server-based system, is modeled on those used in the credit card and transaction processing industries and ensures that tax is collected and benefits and microfinance payments made available in the most efficient, cost effective and fraud-proof way possible.
Richard has a Masters degree in Multimedia Systems and is also the Director of a media solutions company. He is based on the south coast of the UK.
