Pauline is the CEO of Century Deposit Taking Microfinance Limited and is a legal and microfinance professional with over 13 years of professional experience. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Secretary. She has a track record in management of a regulated institution and was instrumental in advising the industry on the impact of the Microfinance Act, 2006. She heads Century which is an microfinance institution in the final phases of regulation and has already obtained an interim licence from the Central Bank of Kenya. Century will launch its business leveraged on technological advances available in the market and has already been carrying out pilot projects prior to its launch.
