Paul manages Africa operations of Solstice from Nairobi, Kenya.
He holds a degree in Mathematics and Economics from Egerton University in addition to various
professional information technology and management certificates. The certifications include Microsoft,
Information Technology Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) and various general management courses.

His skills and experience in planning, developing and managing extensive Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) set-ups in demanding mission critical environments spans over 20 yrs
beginning in 1989 at Starehe Boys’ Centre where he attained his first ICT certification in COBOL
programming language.

Since then, Paul has worked with Comprite-Microcomputers as a Trainer, The Jomo Kenyatta Foundation
(JKF), as a Systems Administrator, African Medical Foundation (AMREF) as a Consulting Programmer,
The Standard Media Group as an Assistant to the IT Manager, Standard Chartered Bank Kenya (SCBK) as
the Y2K Project coordinator and later as a Business Systems Analyst, Air France-KLM Group as the
Regional Head of IT for Eastern Africa covering nine countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda,
Ethiopia, Sudan, Zambia and Malawi) and Richard Reid Television Inc. as Head of Information Technology
for United States of America and Africa operations (producers of Zain Africa Challenge Television Show).

Paul has deep cross-discipline knowledge and insights particularly in the convergence of ICT and
television/ video production. Other areas include design, development, implementation and
management of ICT systems in banking, finance, and aviation.
