Nicola Tamma has occupied a Product Manager position at Internet Solutions Communications Services for 6 years. Internet Solutions (IS) is one of the leaders in the provisioning of converged communications services in South Africa, Africa and the United Kingdom. Nicola entered this position as the division was starting up and has seen it grow to be the leading VoIP provider in Southern Africa. He is responsible for maintaining product competitiveness through constant product development, commercial modelling and driving effective marketing.
Prior to this Nicola has held numerous positions for 7 years within the Dimension Data group including PBX and call centre engineering, Avaya product management and telecommunications account management. Nicola has operated in markets as diverse as financial, public and industrial sectors with exposure to broad spectrum of organisations from SMEs to large multinationals. Nicola holds a National Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
