Mr. Ndalahwa Habbi Gunze is the Director of Broadcasting Affairs in the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) from 2004 todate. He holds a Masters Degree in Broadcast Regulation from the Cardiff University in the UK.
He was the Press Secretary to Prime Minister and Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania from 1985 – 1990 and former CEO of defunct Tanzania Broadcasting Commission (1995 - 2003).
