Nicholas Nesbitt is Chief Executive of KenCall, the leading international BPO/call centre outsourcing company in East Africa. KenCall outsources customer service and sales and technical support for American, UK and East African companies.
KenCall has been recognized as the Top Non European Call Center globally, the fastest growing mid size business in Kenya and runner up for the best mid size business in East Africa.
Prior to KenCall, Nicholas held executive sales and marketing positions in the USA at Qwest Communications, Rhythms, US WEST and Square D. He began his career at The Boston Consulting Group.
Nicholas is a member of the Board of the Central Bank of Kenya and sits on several other boards. The President awarded Nicholas a presidential honor, the Order of the Grand Warrior (OGW), in recognition of his pioneering spirit in creating the Kenyan BPO industry.
Nicholas has been frequently quoted and profiled in leading global and regional media as an industry leader and visionary.
Nicholas received his MBA from Stanford University and both his Master’s and Bachelor’s engineering degrees from Dartmouth College. He is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO). He is a keen golfer and mountain biker and enjoys safaris.
