Miguel is a Partner of the Advisory Services (Consulting) unit of KPMG in Mozambique, and he is responsible for leading a team of 30 full time experienced national and international consultants.
Inside Advisory, he is leading the IT Advisory and Internal Audit lines of Busine
ss, where he is responsible for managing a team of 12 consultants. The services provided include Internal Audit, ERP Controls Integration, IT Security Services, IT Attestation, IT Project Advisory, IRM in External Audit, IRM in Internal Audit, IT Strategy & Governance and IT Sourcing.
Miguel is also experienced in Management Information Systems (MIS), carrying out activities related to the design, development and implementation of information systems and processes.
His extensive experience in Africa, Mozambique in particular (more than 11 years), combined with his knowledge and abilities in IT, Financial Management and Project Management, are a great asset to KPMG and its clients, coordinating multi-disciplinary, often regional and international teams.
Miguel holds a MBA degree from Instituto Superior Ciencias Trabalho e Empresa (ISCTE) and an Honours Degree in Economics, from Universidade de Coimbra, both from Portugal.
