Michael Hallinan is Chief Operating Officer for MediaMerx, a New York City based company that provides international distribution of premium broadband video. Michael's background transcends both media and telecommunications. Previously, Michael served as a Systems Architect for the US Marine Corps, where he deployed enterprise video and data networks throughout the Asia, Middle East and North African regions.
He also held various positions at Student Media Group, Merrill Lynch and the United States Senate. Michael is a board member of The Way of Grace Development Corporation, which is developing social and physical infrastructure in the war-torn country of Liberia. He holds a Bachelors or Arts in International Affairs from Georgetown University.
