Mayank Sharma is Vice President and Head of Africa Market Unit, Comviva Technologies Ltd, a global leader
in Mobile VAS solutions and beyond.
He has been in this role since Mid 2010 and is based in Nairobi. Before this he was heading the
Mobile Lifestyle Business for Comviva and was associated with building many award winning products
such as Virtual SIM, AVAN, etc. Mayank joined Comviva as part of acquisition of Jataayu Software,
where he was heading the Mobile operator Business and earlier Far East Business based in Singapore.
Mayank has over 23 years of experience spread across IT and Communications industry. He has been constantly associated with technology innovations and has founded two companies with global operations.
He is credited with building many successful end to end business lines across services and engineering spectrum throughout his long industry tenure.
He is an Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee, India .
