Mark Heffernan

Mark Heffernan is the CFO of SETECS, Inc., a provider of secure applications for the identity management, healthcare, and financial industries, where he has helped shape the company’s financial and business strategy since its inception in 2004. Prior to joining SETECS, Mr. Heffernan was the CFO for a non-profit corporation affiliated with the Johns Hopkins University where he was responsible for the company’s international operations in over 20 countries in Africa and other regions of the developing world.  Mr. Heffernan is a CPA and holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
