Malek Mroueh holds an MEng in Microelectronics and has over 19 years experience working in the card payments industry. Since joining Card Tech, now TSYS, he has worked on card and merchant management systems solution design and implementations worldwide. For the last 15 years, Malek has been focussed on the sales and relationship management of TSYS' clients in several key geographies and currently heads the Business Development team for the Middle East, Africa and Pakistan region. Maleks' key areas of expertise include the application of the prepaid and commercial card platforms across the customer service canvas. Malek has been active in the Middle East & African region since the early 1990’s and has been formally based in Dubai since the beginning of 2008.
