Lance has specialised in Financial Services ICT systems, from researching new technologies and systems, to managing multiple concurrent development and implementation of international software projects. Lance has managed projects for the following leading institutions; O2 Ireland, Irish Government, CR2, CRDB Bank Tanzania, Co-operative Bank Kenya, Standard Chartered Bank India and First National Bank of Southern Africa.
He holds a BSc (Hons), a MBA specialising in IS management, is a certified PMP through the Project Management Institute, is a member of the Association of Compliance Officers Ireland and is a fully registered with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as a Turn Around Management Consultant.
