Kemi is a graduate in Instructional Technology from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland. She is the managing consultant of Learning Solutions Nigeria Ltd, a human capital development firm that specializes in developing people and organizations. With over 10 years experience in Human Resources, she has held leadership positions in several organizations, developed processes, provided human capital consulting and facilitated and organized training programs in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and Uganda. Kemi continues to sharpen her skills through her membership in The American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has attended scores of development programs in the United Kingdom, United States and Nigeria.
