Joe Frans is an Executive Director for NGB AB and Member of the Board of NGB Africa; He is one of those who started the NGB venture in Africa and is a former Member of Parliament of the Swedish Parliament .He has a diploma in communication studies. He studied at the University of Gothenburg. He was CEO and President of the communications consultancy Sweden Now and producer of the TV program “Sweden Today”. He has worked with communications campaigns for the Swedish ministry of public administration and the Council of Europe. He was Chief Political adviser and Communication Director for the Mayor of Stockholm in the mid nineties. He served on the Executive board of the University of Stockholm until recently and is currently chairperson of Content Group Africa, creators of the newly presented TV series “Fruits of Love”.
