Jason Njoku, CEO and Founder of iROKOtv (www.irokotv.com), the world's largest online distributor of Nollywood Films. The company also owns a music platform, iROKING - a Spotify of African Music, if you will. iROKO Partners is an exciting, young, dynamic start-up company coming out of Africa and we want to spread the love and share our story with as many people as possible.
Jason, a former Chemistry graduate of the University of Manchester, set up iROKO Partners in December 2010. He grew the business organically but rapidly, and now oversees a team of over 100, located in Lagos, London and New York. In April 2012, he closed on an $8m funding investment round from Tiger Global, early investors of Facebook.
Jason has been featured in press around the world, including CNN, the BBC, Forbes, The Sunday Times and the Daily Telegraph, to name but a few. He is an accomplished and exciting speaker.
