Jaco du Toit – Advisor for Communication and Information in the UNESCO Office Windhoek
Jaco du Toit has been working for UNESCO since 1996, following studies in Information Sciences, Information and Development, Communication and Telecommunication and Media and International Relations. He was a team member of the UNESCO Digi-Arts Project that aimed at promoting arts and music using information and communication technology and fostering the culture of ICT and creative artistic practices. He also worked in media development initiatives in Northern and Southern Africa.
