Technology Associates was founded by Girisch Nair in 1991, when at the age of 22 he envisaged building a service – centric organization addressing woes of the business community and corporate enterprise in Uganda. Under his leadership, a US$ 10,000 capitalized company has grown to a US$30 million integrated Corporation in Systems Integration, Business Applications, Services and Technology Products with leadership positions in the businesses and industries we are in.
A role model for young entrepreneurs in East Africa, Girisch has facilitated the company’s growth with professional management, based on sound values and uncompromising integrity. His strength lies in bringing together and building charged teams of high potential-high performing people. His vision and pragmatism have helped Technology Associates to become the most competitive and successful IT companies in East Africa as rated by Computer Society of Kenya, a leading association of IT professionals and businesses in East Africa.
