Chiaka Ebi

Chiaka Ebi is the Chief Operating Officer of Finance Application Systems Limited – FASYL, an Information and Communication Technology Company which is primarily geared towards providing specialist consulting and support services to the Financial Services Industry.  As the Chief Operating Officer of FASYL, She has the responsibility of facilitating and implementing the business goals and objectives of the company, achieving excellent returns on invested capital, ensuring that operational activities are consistent with the goals of the business.

She has worked at reputable international institutions both in Nigeria and the UK, such as, ICL, Accenture, InterSwitch and MTN, Africa's largest GSM provider. At her last assignment as Head of IT services Delivery in MTN Nigeria, before joining FASYL, she was responsible for ensuring the stability and continuity of the IT infrastructure.

Interestingly, the educational career of this woman blazing the trail of excellence, saw her traversing institutions of learning in Nigeria and United Kingdom, during which she obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Hull (United Kingdom), Master of Science Degree in Information Systems Development from London Guildhall University, and a combined Honours degree in Political Science and Public Administration from University of Maiduguri. Some of her professional qualifications include, Project management professional (PMP), Certified PRINCE2© Project Management Practitioner, Certified ITIL Practitioner, Certified Information Systems auditor (CISA), Certified Oracle Professional (OCP). She is the Vice President (Membership) Project Management Institute (Lagos Chapter), CISA/CISM Co-ordinator, ISACA (Lagos Chapter), amongst others. 

Chiaka Ebi is born to Ichie Eugene Uzor Okoye & Mrs. Beatrice Okoye of Amanator Ihiteowerri. She has been honoured with several merit awards, one of which is “the corporate woman of excellence award in I.T”
