Caroline is currently Managing Director for KCR LTD, a premier HR services Company specializing in the ICT Industry, and sister company to Digital Age Institute of Kenya. She was previously Offshore Business Development Coordinator of SCR Gruppen of Denmark, mother company to KCR LTD. She worked mainly with market penetration strategies in other European markets and the USA. She held this position until when SCR was in the expansion process to Africa. She came back to Kenya, and was key to successful start up of Digital Age Institute (a purely software development training institute) in conjunction with DANIDA through the Royal Danish Embassy in 2005. When the Institute was up and running and the current managing director assumed his position, with all settled, she left to start up KCR Ltd in December 2006 in partnership with SCR Gruppen. She has over 10yrs experience in HR.
She holds a bachelor in social economics with a bias for service industry and market economics, from Aalborg University Denmark, and a minor in psychology. She is certified in HR Management.
She is also the first African to be certified in Master Person Analysis, a certification that is useful in profiling vacancies and profiling candidates to ensure the candidate’s personality matches the job profile.
