Ayo Labade is APC by Schneider Electric’s director for English speaking West Africa.
Prior to this move, Labade formed an integral part of the Schneider Electric Nigeria team from 2007, where he held the position of business development manager, tasked with the development, implementation and management of the business development plan for the company’s power and infrastructure business unit.
In this capacity, Labade was also responsible for the management of sales activities directly with end users, contractors, system integrators, panel builders and through the distribution channel. In addition, he was involved in the company’s policy formulation and strategic planning as an executive management committee member.
He has a wealth of experience within the IT market, having worked for a number of IT companies including an APC partner, DPMS Nigeria, as well as managing IT investments for end user organisations.”
In terms of qualifications, Labade holds a first degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.
