Director Business Development at Experian MicroAnalytics, 25 years working for leading financial services organisations Kleinwort Benson and Prudential-Bache, and then vendors including; ERI, Misys, Temenos and Neptune. Alan is a Fellow of the Institution of Analysts and Programmers (FIAP) and a former Securities & Futures Association (SFA) General Registered Representative authorised to give investment advice from 1989 to 1995. In particular, Alan has specialised in successfully launching new or repositioned products into new market segments. Alan is currently focused on enabling lenders in sub-Saharan Africa to achieve profitable growth and increased reach by leveraging credit risk assessment tools to optimise value in the new mobile-enabled, agent-distributor financial services model.
