I would just like to say thank you for the great work all your team did in putting together the Nairobi Contact Centre Expo, it was a big decision for us to be the main sponsor of the event nearly 4 months ahead of our scheduled opening but I was overwhelmed by the positive feedback we received and are still receiving.

We never really intended the event to be a source of potential business but we are in discussions with 2 companies that are very interested in our services.

The keynote speakers selected covered a wide range of subjects that were relevant to the Kenyan Call Centre Industry and where it is at the present moment.

It is clearly evident that Aitec is not just an events promoter but that it is pushing the Industry forward and is instrumental in putting Kenya on the outsourcing map.

Once again thanks to all involved and I am looking forward to the 4th event next year and have no doubt it will be even bigger as I have watched it grow in size every year.
